Fashion Jewelry Warranty Guidelines

We are committed to providing high-quality fashion jewelry that lasts. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on our fashion jewelry collection. This warranty applies only to fashion jewelry and does not cover real flower jewelry.

Warranty Coverage & Claim Process

Eligibility & Coverage:

Our warranty covers plating and material defects in our fashion jewelry under normal wear conditions. We offer store credit based on the following terms:

  • 0-6 months: 50% of the invoice value as store credit
  • 6-12 months: 25% of the invoice value as store credit

(Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.)

How to Claim Your Warranty:

  1. Capture a photo of the defective/tarnished item.
  2. Email us at contact@elnorah.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photo evidence of the issue
    • A brief description of the problem
  3. Self-ship the product to our official address and share the tracking details with us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, the store credit will be issued as per the warranty terms.

Exclusions from Warranty:

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage, breakage, or tarnishing due to wear and tear
  • Third-party resizing or alterations
  • Loss of stones or crystals due to mishandling
  • Damage to zirconia or other embellishments
  • Warranty is not applicable on luxury handcrafted sets

Jewelry Care Tips:

To extend the life of your jewelry:
✔ Store in a dry, airtight container when not in use
✔ Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions
✔ Clean with a soft cloth after each use
